Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fairytales-retold.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have already received. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the corresponding amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund to your account.
